Our History

Ezekiel House Inc was established in 2014 by Pastor Patricia Ferguson from a vision she received from the holy spirit in the biblical book of Ezekiel 37. Pastor Ferguson’s love, dedication and determination for the homeless is demonstrated through mentoring, praying, believing, receiving, giving spiritual guidance, feeding, clothing and intervening with other agencies to meet their needs.

EH initiatives are focused on providing physical needs, emotional and mental balance, improve decision making skills along with spiritual and conventional counseling. The ultimate objective is to help provide guidance toward a more meaningful and prosperous life style. To help alleviate the cycle of brokenness and creating self-sustaining individuals and families.

What We Do

Our Dedication

Ezekiel House is dedicated to breaking the cycle of homelessness for individuals and families. Many individuals and families seek assistance from EH on a weekly basis for housing, necessities of food and clothing, job placement, counseling for drug addiction, and help with overcoming domestic abusive situations.

Who We Help

Many of EH’s clients currently live in “street” encampments or are living below the poverty line and find themselves one paycheck away from being homeless. Ezekiel House provides them with food, clothing, personal toiletries, counseling, mental health and substance abuse counseling, one-on-one instruction and guidance to obtain county resources including assistance with job training and placement, counseling for drug addiction, and help getting out of abusive situations. All services are provided free of charge and Ezekiel house is funded solely through donations by individuals and Pastor Ferguson.

Resources Reached

To date, EH has helped approximately 1,500 people providing them with resources and necessities to help them begin to turn the corner and recognize their life potential to becoming self-sustaining individuals. EH’s approach is mandated with love, compassion and passion for those “life has thrown a curve ball.” Ezekiel House believes that “Changing lives for a Greater Tomorrow starts Today.”

Volunteers donate 20-25hours each week to EH administering all facets of the program including list here. Volunteers come forward weekly offering their expertise and assistance to EH. We have several medical practitioners on standby to offer medical assistance to clients. We look forward to implementing this with the expansion of our operation.
